P2 and P3 parking lots (buildings)are provided with 'convenient service point'. P2 parking lot convenient service points are located on the east of flagpole under south bridge. P2 parking lot convenient service point is located on 1F entrance of parking building. Two service points provides wheelchair leasing, medicine box, rain gear, vehicle seeking, airlines phone number query, vehicle repair telephone consultation and other services.
Passenger can rent wheelchairs for free without mortgage of identity certificates and filling related information. Passenger also can dial parking lot service call 36062841 to make an appointment.
(2) Medicine cabinet
Convenient service point is equipped with medicine oil, bandages, iodine and other drugs, thereby providing emergency services for passengers.
(3) Rain gear
Passengers can borrow rain gears for free after transacting related registrations and mortgage certificate, and passengers should return the rain gear after use.
2. 'Red vest' car searching
Working staff with red vest in all parking lots can provide passengers with quick car searching, direction guidance and similar services.
3. Cart services
Cart parking points are set in all parking lots. Cart point is set in each elevator entrance position of P3 parking building, three cart points are set in middle green belt and zone A of P2 parking lot, and passengers can use for free.
4. Accessible parking space reservation service
All parking lots (buildings) are provided with accessible parking space. Passengers can dial service hotline 36062841 for parking space booking. Working staff in the site can follow subsequent services.
What can we do if the parking part is lost?
If the parking card is lost, the vehicle owner should show vehicle registration certificate, driver's license and ID card (namely 'three certificates'), after the cashier registers the 'three certificates', the cashier should charge and release according to the following conditions:
1. The parking lot (building) should confirm entrance time according to inspection of entry monitoring, and actual parking fee can be calculated.
2. Management party reminds that parking card is the main proof of vehicle departure, and please keep it well for the safety of your car.
